How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Reportingten Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Reportingten Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Reportingten Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email contact@reportingten.lat and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Once that is done, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
